For more than 10 years, the MPI Georgia Chapter has been honoring the chapter’s volunteers, members and sponsors who have contributed to the success of the chapter and advancement of our industry on local, national and an international level. The Phoenix Awards are held annually after an extensive nomination and selection process.

Centerpiece Sponsorship Opportunity
Sponsor a table centerpiece at the 2017 Phoenix Awards. This is an excellent opportunity for your company to be recognized. Creatively showcase your company at the gala through your table centerpiece decorations and have attendees view you through the entirety of the program.
Please let us know by May 5, 2017 your commitment to being a centerpiece sponsor. The only cost associated with this sponsorship is the cost of the centerpiece ($75 minimum)!
Table Centerpiece Sponsorship Guidelines:
- Theme: Rising from the Ashes – Celebrating Southern Legacy
- Table Center Piece Dimensions: 14” width x 20” height (not to exceed these dimensions)
- Table Size: 60” Round (8 person table)
- Recommend you use your company logo, colors, and products
- Only one table centerpiece per company
- Centerpiece Budget: Minimum $75 value
- Table Reservations: Opportunity to reserve the entire eight (8) person table
- Photograph Submission for Approval: Friday, May 26, 2017
- Delivery of Centerpiece: Please have a company representative bring in table centerpiece (day before) on Wednesday, June 14, and leave with the Atlanta History Center front entry desk on site representative in the main atrium.
- Table Centerpiece Take Home Options:
- Elect to randomly have a winner take the table centerpiece home
- Elect a company representative to take the table centerpiece back to their office
Table Centerpiece In-Kind Benefits:
- Your Company Name will be the “Table Name” for displayed seating chart, placement cards and reservations.
- Your Table Centerpiece and Company Name will be displayed on the table during the cocktail hour, dinner and after dinner party for a total of 6 hours.
