Session Information:

Survival of the Fittest

Stress is like a weed in a garden. It must constantly be managed, so it does not choke the life out of us. In “Survival of The Fittest”, we will explore what’s actually behind all this stress we’re all dealing with on a daily basis.  We’ll discover ways to manage it through our principles of Physical, Mental and Spiritual Fitness. We will examine Wellness habits of the “Fittest”, and provide Five (5) practical techniques to improve Wellness and diminish Stress.

Come learn to manage the beast that plagues us all. Learn how to stop self-sabotaging your accomplishments, how to relinquish control when things feel out of control, and most importantly learn how to be more productive (even when you’re feeling burned out).

After experiencing “Survival of The Fittest”, you will walk away feeling restored, renewed and vibrantly ready to live your best life.
